The project Brébeuf Residence is located in the heritage area of the Plateau Mont-Royal. As the original building was in an advanced state of degradation, it was decided to only conserve the facade of the building and design a living space better adapted to the client’s lifestyle without changing the urban fabric with a contemporary facing.
With its open first floor and abundant fenestration which gives onto a private backyard, this residence offers an urban lifestyle and complete privacy.
