Located in Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Montreal, between Pierrefonds Boulevard and Rivière des Prairies, this project is part of the West End’s development plan. With 50% of the project completed, this neighbourhood encourages great social mixing by bringing together several typologies, including:
- Semi-detached houses
- Townhouses
- Condominiums
Such mixing will allow over one hundred families to live in the city and enjoy well-balanced, distinctive architecture.
Well aware of the area’s environmental uniqueness, our team deployed a special effort to conserve and protect as many trees as possible—allowing residents to enjoy the area’s mature vegetation.
